What is Comrie Development Trust?

CDT is a member-led charity and company limited by guarantee. It was incorporated in 2006 and bought Cultybraggan Camp for community benefit in September 2007.

How do I become a member?

Membership is free. People who live in Comrie can apply as full members, while people who live elsewhere can apply as associate members. The Join page explains the eligibility declarations and application steps.

What happens at the AGM?

The Annual General Meeting is where full members vote on key decisions, elect the Trustees, and hear about the Trust's activities and finances over the past year.

How can I volunteer?

CDT has five active working groups. Visit the Working Groups page to read about their current activity and use the relevant contact route to ask about taking part.

Who runs CDT?

CDT's Trustees are elected by full members and provide its governance and direction. Employees handle day-to-day work, supported by volunteers. Accounts, meeting minutes, policies, and reports are available on the Governance page.
